The contact forms are motorized by Formdesk (Tm). They do not keep data from your entries.

All entries are managed by Carrara Designs and deleted from the Formdesk system after the contents is treated.
The data needed to handle your request/order is retained into an offline system to prevent scam and data leaks.
All data needed to follow-up your request/order is stored as long as it is needed to provide the needed aftercare.
If you ask us to remove the data from our system, we immediately do this but from then, we cannot look back into your history to give you the needed service as there is:
